   I have tried multiple adjustable cages from different sellers. this one is by far the most thought out design I have seen and very well polished. no sharp edges everything is smooth. easy to put on without catheter (I don't use that). the only big grudge I have is with the spacing between the cage and the ring. it is really tight and can pinch your sack. this is the only thing holding this product back from absolute perfection and holds me back from wearing it as tight as I would like. the level of detail in polish and build quality is not even comparable with the competition.
